Dillon joined First Financial Trust and Asset Management after nine years at a local financial planning and public accounting firm. There he developed and implemented financial plans and investment strategies, as well as prepared a variety of tax returns. Prior to this, he gained a range of experience that began in banking, involving personal/business lending and relationship management with a small local bank and a large global financial institution. He also has experience auditing with a regional public accounting firm.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, 2004, followed by a Master of Accountancy, 2005, from Abilene Christian University. While completing these degrees he was a four-year letterman in football. He currently holds the Certified Public Accountant license and the Certified Financial Planner designation. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He has served on the Chamber of Commerce’s Sports Alliance committee and as Treasurer for the Board of Directors for Rainbow Bible School. He is currently a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters and serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement. He has been married to Talan for thirteen years, and together they have three children: Harper, Olivia, and Calvin. They are also very active at Southern Hills Church of Christ.
