David W. Vann, CTFA

David Vann joined First Financial Trust and Asset Management in December 2025 as a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager. He is responsible for business development and trust and estate administration.

David has worked in community banking in San Angelo for over 30 years, with the last 25 years in trust administration. David most recently directed the trust division of Security State Bank & Trust in Kerrville.

David graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In 1998, he completed the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU. He holds the designation of Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Over the years, David has served with numerous community organizations in San Angelo. He currently serves as a board member of the West Texas Boys Ranch and Chairman of the West Texas Boys Ranch Foundation. Classmates from 7^th grade, David and his wife Julie have been married for 33 years. Julie has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in San Angelo for over 30 years. David and Julie have two children, Philip and Mary Kate.
