Navigate to First Shield
Navigate to First Shield through the Services section of the menu or found in the shortcuts on the homepage.
Verify the Message
Look through the message, call, or email listed in your verified communications.
Compare Details
Compare details such as the date, time, sender, and the recipient's phone number or email address it went to.
Confirm
Verify
Verify the message appears in First Shield as legitimate.
Continue with Confidence
If confirmed, continue with confidence
Treat it as Fraud
If not listed or feels suspicious, treat it as fraud.
Contact the Bank
Contact the bank directly using a trusted number if unsure.
