Abby Searfoss is a mortgage loan officer with a well-rounded background in the lending industry and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals. She graduated summa cum laude from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, demonstrating her dedication not only to achieving her goals but also to doing so with excellence.   

Before becoming a loan officer, Abby spent three years as a loan processor, giving her a deep understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish. She also has 1.5 years of experience as a consumer lender at First Financial Bank, further strengthening her ability to guide clients through a variety of financial situations. Today, she uses that combined experience to make the mortgage process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

Known for her approachable style and commitment to her clients, Abby takes pride in building relationships and providing personalized support every step of the way.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, being on the lake & wakeboarding, swimming in her pool, and exploring local coffee shops. Her two boys (Ashton, who is 4, and Aiden, who is 6 months) and their four dogs keep her both busy and highly entertained. She is an animal lover through and through, and would own a couple of goats if her backyard had room for them.
