Don Rast has been in the mortgage and real estate business for over 27 years.  His attention and enduring relationships during the mortgage loan process have always been the most enjoyable part of his career.   By offering Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and a variety of self-employed mortgage products, as well as construction-to-permanent mortgages for new home construction, Don helps his customers feel like they have a partner in the Mortgage Banking Business.  Don can assist with a mortgage platform nationwide (except California) for First Financial Bank’s vast clientele.

In 2024, Don was a recipient of the NAMB Top Veteran Loan Originator award.

Don is married to Daphynie, his wife of 29 years, and has a son, a daughter, and one grandson.

Don is a USAF veteran of the Desert Storm era and a Registered Nurse. 

 Don enjoys the outdoors for gardening/landscaping, building projects, old cars, fishing, hunting, baseball, football, and basketball. Most importantly, he values his family, friends, and association with Jehovah’s Witnesses.
