Frank Gioia has over 30 years of experience leading customer operations teams domestically and internationally across various industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, the Internet, energy, and banking. Frank joined First Financial Bank in 2015 and currently oversees the Customer Care Center. Before joining First Financial Bank, Frank managed the services enterprise for an energy holding company.
Education
He studied Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University and holds the Certified Contact Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Artificial Intelligence Transformation Leader (CAITL) designations.
