As a Senior Vice President at First Financial Trust, Trent manages the Strategic Growth portfolio and co-manages the Core portfolio, focusing on identifying investments for these diversified portfolios across a wide opportunity set.
He has a broad sector focus with additional experience in traditional growth segments including information technology and communications.
Trent became a CFA Charterholder in 2018. He earned his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation in October 2014 and became lead manager of the Strategic Growth Portfolio in 2022. In February 2022 he became Senior Vice President having joined First Financial Trust in January 2008.
Trent graduated summa cum laude in December 2007 from Hardin-Simmons University with a dual major in finance and economics.
