In an ever-changing world, your small business needs the ability to operate easily and effectively from anywhere. We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Autobooks so that small business owners can easily send digital invoices and accept virtual payments inside business online banking. We believe small businesses are the backbone of our communities and are happy to provide this additional service to all First Financial Business Checking accountholders.
What is Autobooks?
Autobooks is an online accounting solution that helps our small business customers with electronic invoicing, online payment acceptance, invoice tracking, and small business accounting. Autobooks is designed specifically for small business owners who don't have time for complicated systems.
How it Works
When you open any First Financial Bank Business Checking Account and enroll in Business Online Banking, you have access to self-enroll in Autobooks. Best of all, there is no monthly fee to activate either feature. It really is that simple!
Send an Invoice
Invoice and Receive Money in One Place. Instead of drafting invoices in Word and attaching them to emails, you can create and send custom invoices all from right inside business online banking. The option to set up recurring invoices helps automate your invoicing process further. There is no monthly fee when you turn on Send an Invoice.
LEARN MORE ABOUT INVOICINGAccept Payments
Directly Into Your Bank Account. Never wait for a check in the mail again. With the new invoicing and payment features, you can get paid directly into your bank account in two business days. Plus, this feature automatically tracks who's paid vs. who hasn't — so you'll always know who still owes you money. You only pay 2.89% when you accept payment via any major credit or debit card, or 1% when accepted via bank transfer.
Collect Payment From Anywhere, Any Time of Day. With the Accept a Payment feature, there's no third-party tool needed like PayPal or Square. Asking for payment is as easy as sending a link. Your customers will pay you online, from their computer or phone, at any time of day or night. You can even post your payment link on your website or put it on your business card!
