How it Works
Save time and manage your accounts in four simple steps:
- COLLECT AND MANAGE BILLS
- Receive bills into your preferred accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite) and automatically sync them into your Veem account. Or you can easily create bills for payment and review everything in one spot on the Veem dashboard.
- APPROVE AND SCHEDULE PAYMENTS
- Processing payments is simple with configurable approval workflows that automate the process, ensuring required parties get visibility and review the outgoing payment.
- MAKE PAYMENTS
- Pay in the method that best works for you; ACH/ EFT, check, debit or credit card, international wire, or digital wallet. You can even pay vendors with card, even if they don’t accept card.

Getting Started
To get started, login to Business Online Banking. From there, select Marketplace in your main navigation and search for Veem. (For this step, make sure your popup blocker is disabled.) From here you can begin the free trial or select which edition you would like to purchase.
