Mr. Ruzicka has more than 30 years in the financial services technology field. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Heartland Financial in Dubuque, Iowa, and was the Chief Information and Operations Officer for Citywide Banks in Denver, Colorado for eight years prior to its acquisition by Heartland Financial. He also previously served as President of Interbank 1 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
